Investigate geojson storage

Problem/Motivation

Would be interesting to know if we can by-pass some of the processing WKT -> GeoJSON when loading multiple complicated areas to display on a map to the user.

Proposed resolution

Implement a different GeofieldBackend storage that encodes GeoJSON. See what happens in the code pipeline on save and load.
