Update number fields to allow only numbers and not letters and special chars

Problem/Motivation

Inside of carousel there are multiple fields and configurations which is awesome, but I saw a lot a fields to use numbers, like slide, values in ms, etc but these fields are allowing text and special chars. I think we can garantee that is only numerical values with the #FormApi field type
