Is possible to choose "All cloded" and "all opened" at the same time

Problem/Motivation

Currently in the EBT accordion we have an option called "All closed", but if we check that in the form we can also select "All open".
To be consistent I think we should mark one or other, if the editor mark "All closed" so the option "All open" can be disabled.

Steps to reproduce

Open the settings
Mark all closed
Mark all open as well
save

Proposed resolution

Update the form API #States putting a rule that if the checkbox "All closed" is checked, the "All open" will be disabled by default
