The styles list page is not working

Hi Marc-Antoine,

The route "/styles" does not work in the dev version of the module.
This is caused by the template override: templates/overrides/ui_styles_library/ui-styles-overview-page.html.twig

I used the original template and reapplied your semantics and classes to respect the DSFR rendering

I'm adding a patch that fixes the problem. I also took the liberty to rework the template which had some errors:
- Indentation of the template
- Fix defective HTML tags. Example : <diV> or <ul class="class="fr-sidemenu__list">
