Update FixtureManipulator to work with InstalledPackagesList, real composer show command

composer validate --check-lock --with-dependencies --no-interaction --ansi --no-cache --working-dir=PROJECT_ROOT
after in FixtureManipulator after commit our changes
We should do that but as starting point we should validate our starting point.
This will also ensure that if we run scripts/src/ComposerFixtureCreator.php again we never create an invalid fixture
Fixed this myself because is basically running the fixture create script and adding the new validate test. If we want to improve the test we can open a follow-up
