The migration group has spaces

Problem/Motivation

The gh_jobs_migrate submodule creates three migrations and adds them to a migration group. This group has spaces in its name, which causes problems on at least one site.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the gh_jobs_migrate module.

Proposed resolution

Create the migration group gh_jobs_migrate with the label "Greenhouse Job Migration".

Add the three migrations to this group.
