Content model document View is not able to surface added fields.

I have a hunch this may be related to https://www.drupal.org/project/content_model_documentation/issues/3340389 🐛 Defect: CMDocuments revisions tab shows no revisions Fixed which may be tied to mishandling translations. Just a guess, no proof.

It was because I have

 *   data_table = "cm_document_field_data",
 *   revision_data_table = "cm_document_field_revision",

set in the annotation, but translation set to off. This apparently silently breaks things.

This has been fixed and will go out with alpha9.

Reopening this because it introduced an entity definition error. Will need to work on a hook_update to roll this out. It is reverted in alpha10.

This has now been fixed correctly and no longer shows config related errors on status page.
It will go out with alpha 11.
