Can context_stack be used with layout_builder to provide context for different layouts?

Problem/Motivation

page_manager allows for different variants of a node based on various context.

a content types can have various display and form modes
Each of those display modes can have different layouts per layout_builder
But it lacks context which can be used to select different display modes and layout_builder layouts.
Could this module be used for that?

No idea. My guess is no. This module provides stacked context that is available on runtime. Which is a different purpose from what page_manager does.
