Problem/Motivation

I get an error "Could not generate image resource from URI public://sites/{site}/files/inline-images/{image_path}}" when trying to use the filter inside a text editor.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install CkEditor4 or 5
2. Upload an image trough the editor
3. Save the node

I tried it with CKEditor 5, and it seems like it is working. Could provide more details on how to replicate this error? Also, make sure the permissions are set correctly.
