Drupal 9 - Not able to download with composer

Problem/Motivation

Trying to download this module in Drupal 9.5.x using composer 2, facing following error:

Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/civicrm_field_options ^1.1 -> satisfiable by drupal/civicrm_field_options[1.1.0, 1.x-dev].
    - drupal/civicrm_field_options[1.1.0, ..., 1.x-dev] require drupal/civicrm * -> could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

Potential causes:
 - A typo in the package name
 - The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to your minimum-stability setting

 - It's a private package and you forgot to add a custom repository to find it

Steps to reproduce

Try to execute the command:

composer require 'drupal/civicrm_field_options:^1.1'
