Update existing user

There's not been sufficient interest in this feature for someone to review it.

Personally, I don't think this should be added. The module is named "User CSV Import", not "User CSV Update". I see there is a new option ('Duplicate user behavior') that let the admin configure this, but the patch is incomplete, since there is no documentation for this option in the README. Also, I personally don't think the added complexity is worth it.

But I'll leave this with Status "Needs review", in case there is some interest, but leaning towards rejecting the feature request.

Apart from the OP, there seems to be no one else interested in this. Closing.

It was not added, and it will not be added.

The patch is there for you to use if you need feature on your own site.
