When you enable the module, the method hook_help is not implemented.

Download and activate the module and visit its help page.

    Implemented hoop_help() on Drupal 9.5.1 and Advanced Poll Version: 8.x-1.x-dev . it worked for me.

    I have verified and applied Patch#2 on Drupal 9.5.8 version.
    patch is applied successfully, and help() is added cleanly. Added screenshots for reference.

    Can be moved to RTBC+1.
