Problem/Motivation

Start Value, Decimal Places, Duration, Smart Easing Threshold, Smart Easing Amount and Scroll Spy Delay are accepting non-numerical values. We need to put numerical values there but the field doesn't validate, so the user can put letter and special chars as well

Proposed resolution

Update the Form API from textfield to number values and it'll validate by default
