Organize the Global Settings with field groups for colors, breakpoints and width values

Problem/Motivation

Currently inside of Global settings page there are multiple fields like colors fields, breakpoints and width values as well. Thinking about the UX of content editors would be nice to have organized fields using field group (accordion) on this form

Proposed resolution

Implement a field group like details for example for each group of fields and put the fields in the respective category
