Breakpoints values for mobile, tablet and desktop are accepting equal values

Problem/Motivation

Currently the Global Settings page have field values for breakpoints in mobile, tablet and desktop, which is nice. But is missing a formValidate so the user can put wrong configurations there for example, the same values for bole, tablet and desktop. This is defitelly a content issue but we can prevent this error for editors implementing a formValidate

Implement the validateForm which is possible since the class EbtCoreSettingsForm is currently extending the ConfigFormBase
