Add redirects to quant_cron options

Problem/Motivation

If you go to the cron tab, it is missing Redirects which is on the Seed tab.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable quant_cron
  2. Configure quant
  3. Go to Cron tab

Proposed resolution

Add Redirects option.

Remaining tasks

  1. Update code
  2. Review and test
  3. Commit :)

User interface changes

Form will have new option.
