Add redirects and sitemaps to quant_cron setting options

Problem/Motivation

If you go to the cron tab, it is missing Redirects and Sitemaps which are on the Seed tab.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable quant_cron
  2. Configure quant
  3. Go to Cron tab

Proposed resolution

Add Redirectsand Sitemaps options.

Review all form fields to see if there can be form refactoring to have a base form class with common fields (prefixed with form type) between the cron settings and the seed settings.

Remaining tasks

  1. Update code
  2. Review and test
  3. Commit :)

User interface changes

The cron form will have the new options.
