Add support for Microsoft Forms

Back in ✨ Add support for Microsoft OneDrive content (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Closed: won't fix we weren't sure how to get the embed code from Microsoft Onedrive/Sharepoint content in a deterministic way, but I see that with MS Forms that is probably easier. I'm happy to get this in and then iterate if needed. Committed and tagged 1.7.0 with this.
