Drupal 10 compatibility and CKEditor 5 support.
Note: CKEditor 4 is still supported in this version.

Proposed resolution

For further testing with the 2.0.x-dev under Drupal 10
Waiting on a tag release 2.1.0 stable or 2.1.0-alpha1
