Add the colorpicker pop-up in the color fields of global settings form

Problem/Motivation

Inside of Global Settings form currently there are color fields, but the user needs to put the #HEX color code manually. In other places of Extra block types there is colorpicker pop-up that allows the editors to select the colors easily and friendly in the User Experience (UX). My suggestion is to use the same in the Global Settings form

Proposed resolution

Put the new fields in the array to load in the colorpicker and attach the library in form specifically
