Fixed the color-picker pop-up in the fields for EBT-BB

Problem/Motivation

I realized that when filling the color fields related to EBT-BB it was working fine but the color-picker pop-up wasn't showing only for these fields. I saw that the reason is, we added a field group details "link_options" in the form to organize better, so now is necessary update the JavaScript ebt_basic_button_form.js with this new field group as well

Proposed resolution

Add the fieldgroup in the JavaScript on Drupal Behaviours ebtBasicButtonForm. Including the fieldgroup "link_options" in the element name. It'll recognize fine
