Global settings form missing element validator for color fields

Problem/Motivation

CUrrently on global settings form we have some options to be configured using colors, but these fields doesn't have validations yet, so the users can insert any data there that isn't a valid color and it'll saved. In other places we're using elementValidator from Form API that can helps on this kind of cases

Proposed resolution

In the class EbtCoreSettingsForm that extends ConfigFormBase we can Implement the element validator inside of Form API render array to validate these fields
