Permissions to enter SimpleMeta list page (/admin/content/simplemeta) are incorrect.

Problem/Motivation

We need to give permission to certain roles to access SimpleMeta list page (/admin/content/simplemeta). Currently it's not possible, only administrator can access the page.

Steps to reproduce

Create some role and give the role permission Administer SimpleMeta. SimpleMeta list page (/admin/content/simplemeta) will not be accessible by user of that role.

Proposed resolution

Two possible resolutions:
1. add 'access simplemeta overview' to simplemeta.permissions.yml file.
2. change 'access simplemeta overview' permission to 'administer simplemeta' in SimplemetaEntityHtmlRouteProvider.php (line 50).
