Patch files should be included in the repository

Thanks, Frank for passing on this module.

That is the plan from the idea of this patch assembly module.
Not to keep using MR .diff files, which they could change code any time.

It is a playground experimental module, which could be used in more distributions, later on
A Web Patches UI is following for sure to let webmasters/Suber Admins. User No.1 play with patches and test in an easier way.
Much like the Project Browser and Automated Update are playing to have.
