Add options to manually add libs.

Currently every library is added to every page. This is not ideal if GSAP is only needed for certain frontend tasks.

We should add an option to optionally do this for both core and additional libraries. If additional are selected, then core would be required.

This will allow developers to instead include libraries as dependencies like - gsap/scrollto

- do it

- Two checkboxes, one for core and one for additional libraries
