Remove Page Manager module form the 10.0.x branch in Varbase Core

Problem/Motivation

Switched page structure to use Layout Builder from Drupal 10 structuring the website to a new logic and practice.

Proposed resolution

  • Remove drupal/page_manager from the composer.json file
  • Remove outdated configs for - page_manager
  • Remove page_manager and page_manager_ui from the install process
