Rename Protected term to Private in API methods to be more clear

Problem/Motivation

The functions:

  • callProtectedMethod()
  • getProtectedMethod()
  • getProtectedProperty()
  • setProtectedProperty()

work well with private properties too, so it's better to rename them using Private term to be more clear.
