Allow to use the SKIN for sprinklr

Sprinklr has settings to provide the theme for chatbot.
Lets allow customer to select the chatbot.

Add a new config - skin with values - CLASSIC and MODERN
In config form, provide dropdown for these with two values
Pass in drupalsettings
