Missing group label translation context

Problem/Motivation

Missing group label translation context splits ECK entities in their own group depending on the current translation when calling Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityTypeRepository::getEntityTypeLabels(TRUE). This results in undiscoverable entity types when using Dynamic Entity Reference.

Proposed resolution

Provide the Entity type group context.
