Problem/Motivation

We described in the META 🌱 [META] Make the EBT 100% with Drupal Coding Standards for all ebt_* projects Fixed , the goal of this ticket is to implement the standards of Drupal in ebt_* projects, using a centralized way. By default it'll centralized in the ebt_core but is the main one. On this ticket we're fixing the Drupal coding standards for this specific project
