Isn't able to translate the description of "collapsible"

Problem/Motivation

Inside of settings there is a "Collapsible" field where we can field the description:

Whether all the sections can be closed at once. Allows collapsing the active section

. It makes sense, but the problem is, on multi-language sites we can translate this description, and is being applied only to English

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the project
  2. Enable multi language with language different than English
  3. To to user translate interface
  4. Try to translate the description Whether all the sections can be closed at once. Allows collapsing the active section
  5. Result: The description don't appear to be transalted
  6. Expected: The description should appear to be translatable

Proposed resolution

Apply the String Translation Interface on this description to be able to translate
