When there are a large number of terms in a vocabulary, it can be difficult to find the term that you're looking for on /admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/vid/overview
1. Create a vocabulary
2. Generate lots of terms
3. Go to the overview page
4. Try to find a specific term
Add a filter field to the taxonomy overview page, similar to the content overview page
Possibly add a sort? Although that might be confusing when considering the manual re-ordering functionality
