Setup responsive config

Problem/Motivation

There was some code added for being able to set properties based on breakpoints. We should leverage that but maybe without our own twist.

Currently all the code is commented out.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

1. instead of hardcoding breakpoints figure out how to leverage the ones used in the module.
2. using data attributes set the values for the breakpoint. Example data-desktop (open for debate)
3. Using preprocess hook generate an invite media quiery OR use javascript for the replacements.

Added responsiveness for padding and margin. Will open a follow up for the missing icons for the non standard breakpoints.
