Twig cache auto-reload not working

Problem/Motivation

While dev mode is enabled in admin/config/mix, twig templates don't auto-reload and a cache refresh is required.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the module and dev mode. Edit a twig template. Refresh the page (Both authenticated and visitor). This is where no manual cache refresh is to be expected but however, is needed.
