Wrong validation on Border Color

Problem/Motivation

On 🐛 Element of Margin / Padding accepting invalid values like letters and special chars Fixed where we validated only numeric values to margin and padding. It worked well but by a mistaken the validation was added on field "Border Color" which is clearly wrong because the color field can have non-numerical values like #00ff66
