Allow to exclude pages by path

Problem/Motivation

Currently all pages accessed are listed in the block, while this is often not useful.
For example, often we don't want configuration pages to be listed, or specific entity types.
In my case, I installed the 'style switcher' module and this accesses a css file before each page load, which is also listed.
In any case, I think that being able to filter the listed pages is a good feature.
