Failing submit function

This situation caused by combination of this module and simplesamlphp_auth. I think it's ok if a module assumes in submit function that all validation has passed.

I see this module removes violations which are related to username or email address which cause that the validation won't catch related problems. I guess the purpose of this behavior is to hide messages which are useful to a hacker.

So the simplesamlphp_auth presume in the submit function that user was created successfully and uid will be part of the form_state.
