Remove composer.json (not needed unless external dependencies are needed)

I cleaned up several files that seem to be no longer necessary for a working module, and now that development does not happen primarily on Github and is here instead.

I agree that all of these files can and should be deleted with the possible exception of .gitignore but I'll leave that up to the maintainer.
