When viewing a CMDocument for a field, sample field should show.

Problem/Motivation

When I am on a CMDocument that is documenting a field instance, the field instance form and view should show. on the page as an example of what it looks like use.

Bonus if it shows the display in multiple view modes if the entity the field appears on has multiple view modes.
