- Issue created by @ravi.shankar
Hi,
I'm using this module in one of our site, we are using Twitter Timeline block to display the timelines.
Didn't find much on on google to related this.
So this module will be impacted or not?
Thank You.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, this module does not use the API under the hood but https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js so it should not be impacted.
See also e.g. https://twittercommunity.com/t/again-list-widget-says-nothing-to-see-her... or https://twittercommunity.com/t/again-list-widget-says-nothing-to-see-her...Still commenting on this issue because these widgets can still have their own bugs and the cause seems to be rather confusing https://twittercommunity.com/t/again-list-widget-says-nothing-to-see-her...
Even though features like embedding timelines are working as expected here https://publish.twitter.com/ with the same principle. - πΊπΈUnited States jcandan

Seems to no longer be the case:

@Jcandan Is this module still functional? I noticed that https://publish.twitter.com/ no longer returns tweets for any account, similar to the issue I'm seeing with this module.

Right. It seems Twitter/X is no longer supporting the
widgets.js
embed as an alternative to the paid basic tier API. I have not seen any official announcement to this specifically, but at this point I think it is safe to assume they've turned off support for this method.
