Batch operation for All Other Users and Role based session logout

Problem/Motivation

The page crashed when the website has many users. The submit function is unable to process the user's list.

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure the website has many users. Minimum 10000
2. Install module
3. Go to the admin/config/force-users-logout/otheruserslogout (or) admin/config/force-users-logout/rolebasedlogout
4. Click the Role selected or all user session logout.
5. Page will break due to unable to handle the number of users.

Proposed resolution

Implement the BatchAPI for processing the user session logout.
