Remove unwanted codes and replace relevant classes

Problem/Motivation

Need to refactor the code by removing the unwanted codes and replace with the appropriate class.

Steps to reproduce

  1. ConfigFormbase needs to replace with Formbase class - A generic form. Extend FormBase and A configuration form that enables administrators to update a module's settings. Extend ConfigFormBase.

  2. Unsed codes can be removed
  3. Checkbox → doesn't have #option only checkboxes has.

Proposed resolution

Follow the Drupal standards for creating Form elements and appropriate classes.
