PBT does not work on Drupal 9.5.3

You probably need to add some info under "Steps to reproduce".

Environment:

Checked on the 3.1.x-dev branch, commit #a3bd434 (see screenshots).

Drupal version: 9.5.3

Tested using:

- Unit tests
- Behat tests
- Manually through the admin panel

I suggest closing this issue because of the lack of description at the moment.

With the lack of info in the issue body and @kufliievskyi's work trying to reproduce the problem, I'll close this issue.
