Drush command TypeError: call_user_func_array()

Problem/Motivation

TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, non-static method Drupal\image_style_warmer\BatchService::warmUpFileProcess() cannot be called statically in _drush_batch_worker()

Steps to reproduce

- install 1.1
- `drush image-style-warmer:warm-up`

Proposed resolution

add 'static' to defined functions

@wweibel: It is also fixed in 8.x-1.2-rc1 if you don't want relay on changing 8.x-1.x-dev branch in your project.
