Youtube Videos can not be viewed when auto refresh is sufficiently small

Problem/Motivation

WE have setup refresh every 15" and by the time a video gets loaded (Old Row) the refresh triggers again and a youtube video loads again with anyone already viewing it starting from the beggining or rather they have to press play when the video finally loads

Is there a way to tell the browser to NOT refresh the video that it already has ?
or is there way to only get the latest updates ONLY ?
I assume RefreshView does a complete refresh which is not ideal for embedded content

Views Auto Refresh is doing a full Ajax refresh of the view content by design. No plan to change it.
