Sync Selective Video using Video_id and Account_id

Hi Team,

We have been using this module for a while and hit a use case, where an external site uploads video to Brightcove cloud and sends us:

• video_id
• account_id

in order to reference it as part of the content.

What we have been thinking as part of the current flow to see:

1. Look for a Brightcove video entity if exists with video_id and account_id, and return the reference to tag with content

Now the case is when Brightcove video has not synced yet to Drupal, the video reference will go missing.
Would like to check if this is something that exists or if we can build it if it does not cause any repercussions:

1. Look for a Brightcove video entity if exists with video_id and account_id, and return the reference to tag with content
2. If does not exist, use the same logic that Brightcove sync (bcsa) uses and sync the selective video (e.g. brightcove-sync:account_id:video_id)
