Cannot edit Payflow / Payflow Link payment gateways after creation, requires password be entered each time

Working on this.

This changes the PFL password field to work the same as the main Payflow form.

WIP test coverage.

After some manual testing I got it to work but I needed to store the password in a "value" field and then update the value in submitConfigurationForm().

The test coverage still needs work.

I moved the test coverage into ✨ Add installation tests and functionality tests Needs work , but here's this change alongside improved test coverage.
