The jQuery Datepicker calendar is displayed far above the BEF date filter input when the filter is below the fold on page load and the user needs to scroll the page to see it.
1. Create a view with exposed date filter.
2. Use BEF's jQuery Datepicker option for it.
3. Place the exposed filter so it is not visible on page load and the user has to scroll to see it.

The datepicker calendar is displayed in the correct position below (or above) the input.
