Re-enable draft autosave for cards (previewing) and update message

Problem/Motivation

This issue → disabled draft autosaving for webform cards with a message about a contrib module. It is still useful to use autosaving for cards, but it only applies when navigating to the Preview page. This is useful for e.g. providing users a 'Download PDF of draft submission' link (use case for a current project).

Proposed resolution

Attached patch re-enabled draft autosaving when using webform cards, but updates the message to indicate it only applies to previewing.
