Widget title is not translatable

Problem/Motivation

The title for the add_to_calendar_widget_type form element should be wrapped in a t() function.

Steps to reproduce

"Show add to calendar widget" translation should appear when searching for that string at User interface translation page (admin/config/regional/translate).

Proposed resolution

Wrap the title string in a translate function.
