The %host variable doesn't have ending slash because I have valid link in my local env.

Without patch I don't have twice slashes.

Oh, I dumped my variables and they don't have slashes. But I have link to email with slashes. It's may be bug of my env (I use docksal and mailhog). Do you have a valid link with your first patch?
